Conduct decoupling analysis of molecular pump product requirements and develop system-level solution designs.
Analyze and define key process routes, ensuring alignment with product development goals.
Oversee prototype trial production processes for new molecular pump products on production lines.
Provide technical insights and support for process-related issues, leveraging strong problem-solving skills.
Participate in product problem analysis and resolution to ensure quality and performance standards.
Prepare patent technical documentation for technological achievements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Approximately 10 years of professional experience in mechanical design, preferably within precision machinery or vacuum technology.
Demonstrated expertise in structural design of molecular pump products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process optimization and troubleshooting.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to innovation-driven projects.
