【仕事内容】

障がいのある方への、

日常生活や活動のサポートをお任せします

利用者さんが毎日を明るく過ごせるよう

一人ひとりに応じたサポートをお願いします。

\無資格・未経験も大歓迎/

見守りやお手伝いをするお仕事なので、

資格や経験がなくても大丈夫です

最初は利用者さんの、

名前を覚えるところから

\年齢不問・ブランクも大歓迎/

未経験スタートの方やベテランさんなど、

20代~60代の職員が男女共に、

和気あいあいと活躍中

時には、利用者さんのお話を聞いたり

自分の好きなことや得意なことのお話をして、

笑い声が起こっています

分からないことがあれば、

先輩スタッフが丁寧にお教えします

分からない事は何でも聞いてくださいね

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制 基本週40時間

※週に40時間未満の勤務も大歓迎

[1] 07:00~15:45

[2] 09:00~17:45

[3] 12:15~21:00

[4] 16:00~翌9:00 など複数シフトあり

ご希望に合わせてシフト柔軟に対応

希望される⽅は夜勤も可能です
