仕事内容


医療・福祉事業所本部の経理業務全般

《主な業務内容》

  • 仕訳の入力

・日々の取引内容を会計システムへ正確に入力

・勘定科目や取引内容に応じた仕訳処理を行う

  • 領収書・レシートの保存・管理

・経費精算に関する証憑書類の回収・整理・保管

・スキャン・電子保存にも対応し、帳簿との突合を実施

  • 固定資産台帳の管理

・建物・車両・設備などの固定資産を一覧で管理

・取得日・金額・耐用年数などを記録し、資産状況を常に把握

  • 売掛金・買掛金・未払金の管理

・請求・支払いのスケジュール管理

・入金確認、支払い漏れ・遅延の防止

・未払金(水道光熱費・保険料など)の処理・台帳管理

  • 減価償却資産の管理

・固定資産の減価償却計算(法定耐用年数に基づく)

・月次・年次での償却費の記帳処理

  • 決算書の作成補助

・月次・年次決算に関わる仕訳入力・帳簿確認

・試算表、貸借対照表、損益計算書などの作成支援

・決算整理仕訳や勘定科目残高のチェック

  • 会計システムの運用管理

・使用中の会計ソフトへの入力・操作

・マスター設定、勘定科目の整備、部門別管理などを実施

  • 会計監査・税務監査対応

・会計士・税理士との連携、監査資料の準備・提出

・監査対応の窓口として、社内外の調整を行う

  • 法人税・消費税申告書の作成補助

・決算後の税務申告に必要な資料の収集・整理

・顧問税理士とのやりとりを通じて、正確な申告をサポート

求めている人材


【必須条件】

・経理事務の実務経験が3年以上

・一般経理事務として従事していた方(5年程度)

※上記いずれか必須

・PC基本スキル(Excel、word、PowerPoint)

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

【歓迎条件】

・経理事務(決算書作成)の実務経験のある方

・建設業会計の経験あれば尚可

・長期間勤務できる方

・一つ一つの業務に対して丁寧に向き合える方

・自分で手順(スケジュール)を考えれる方

・定年:65歳

・再雇用制度有り(70歳上限)

月給 350,000円

固定残業代:78,900円(38.5時間相当分)含む。
