Job Description Summary
The Channel Operations Analyst is responsible for understanding Cloud Software Group, its business unit solutions (Citrix, Netscaler, Sharefile) and channel programs and benefits. The Analyst will have an established and proven capacity to communicate and align people within channel operations and the sales organization, gaining the support and cooperation of those needed to successfully develop and implement channel programs. Additionally, the Analyst provides thought leadership in the form of training, recommendations, as well as providing constructive analysis and feedback to the Channel and Sales teams.
Job Description
· Serves as main point of contact for reseller partners for operational issues related to the partner program.
· Monitor resellers' progress towards adherence to program and compliance requirements.
· Analyze partner metrics, as well as sales & technical compliance for partner renewals and reactivations.
· Develop and maintain multi-level relationships within partners, distributors and CSG.
· Owns activities that articulate the value of the partner program and enabling effective usage by partners of the Partner Central portal.
· Support communications to partners and distributors for promotions, announcements, program changes etc.
· Be point of contact for partner sales managers and partners, concerning all queries related to our program, incentives, promotions etc.
· Responsible for channel programs and distribution operation processes.
· Troubleshoot and help to resolve partner issues.
· Identify consistent issues and initiate system, process and enablement improvements.
· Collaborate in cross-functional projects to develop channel operations efficiencies.
· Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UATs) for new tools and processes.
· Collaborate in month-end and quarter-end closing activities and take action as necessary.
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· years of experience in channel operations
· Strong CSG or channel experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
· Strong organization skills needed to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Proven self-starter with motivated attitude to accept tasks, projects, responsibilities
· Excellent Time management skills.
