・受付対応 ・会議室へのご案内、給茶、リセット対応 ・会議室予約システム管理、来客リスト管理 ・代表電話取次 ・セキュリティカード貸与管理及び関連届出業務 ・備品発注 ・その他業務に伴う事務処理等 勤務時間:時間シフト制 18:20~17:10(休憩1時間20分※昼60分+午後20分)実働7.5時間 28:50~17:40(休憩1時間20分※昼60分+午後20分)実働7.5時間 ・休日:土日祝日
