採用広報、採用戦略から媒体選定、面接まで一連をお任せします。あなたのアイディアでぜひ改善をしていってください
ゆくゆくは、採用企画も一緒に担っていただきたいと思います。
■採用広報業務
・採用ブランディング戦略の企画・実行(SNS、メディア、イベント等を活用)
・求職者向けコンテンツの制作(記事、動画、写真など)
・採用イベントや会社説明会の企画・運営
・自社採用サイトや外部求人媒体の運用・改善
→社内外のステークホルダーと連携した情報発信
■中途採用全般
・媒体選定
・要件定義、求人作成
・効果測定の分析
・応募者対応(書類選考、面接調整)
・面接官対応、会社説明
・内定後、入社後のフォロー など

<製品査定>★メイン業務です
【Q】どんな流れで進めるの?
▽お客様から送られてきたジュエリーや宝石をお預かりし、査定がスタート。
▽品質を確認し、相場をもとに査定価格を決定。
▽価格などの必要情報を入力し「計算書」を作成。
【Q】査定内容はどんな感じ?
地金の品位(K18など)や石目(いしめ/宝石の重さの刻印)を確認し、石代(いしだい/宝石の価格)を入力します。石代は数千円~数百万円のものまでさまざまです。
【Q】1日の査定件数は?
1人あたり20~30件査定します。
<来社対応>(全体の2~3割)
本社にお越しいただいたお客様からジュエリー・宝石を買い取ります。対応件数は全体で1日1~6件ほど。買取にかかる時間は1~10点で30分、20点で1時間程度です。「これぐらいの値段で売りたい」などのお客様のご要望を確認した上で、査定・買取を進めます。
販売
■イベント企画運営
ジュエリーのデザインやノベルティ等の企画業務。イベントの出店場所の選定や販売戦略等幅広くお任せいたします
主催者とのやり取りや社内のスケジュール調整、データの分析といった事務的な作業だけでなく、コンセプトや展示商品、空間デザインの決定など、ディレクション業務もお任せ。
■ジュエリーの販売・接客
全国各地イベントに出展し訪れる一般のお客様に、当社のジュエリーをご提案します。ゆくゆくは世界の相場をチェックし、適切な価格帯で販売できるよう、目利きのスキルも身に付けていきましょう。
■ライブ配信販売のサポート
SNS等を通じて、ジュエリーのライブ配信販売を行ないます。プレゼント企画等も発案していただきます
■SNS運用

イベント情報や、プレゼント企画・目玉商品等の宣伝をお任せします

社長室 総務
■業務内容:
弊社の社長室(経営企画)のメンバーとして、会社経営全体に関わる様々な業務に携わっていただきたいと思います。
具体的には下記を中心に検討をしておりますが、それ以外にも会社全体の成長に関わる様々なプロジェクト遂行についても
お任せしたいと考えております。
・販売部、商品管理部の事業部ごとの収支管理
∟事業部長とともにファイナンス的な観点から事業部戦略や業務オペレーションの改善に取り組む
・グループ経営戦略の企画・立案
・中期経営計画、市場や競合他社・自社のデータ収集・分析
・ファイナンス戦略(M&A)の策定

※月平均残業は25時間です。年6回程度展示会があり、
実施前の2週間は準備のため繁忙期となります。
※国内外の展示会へ参加するため、定期的な出張があります。
月1~2回のペースで、年間で国内4回・海外4回ほど
(交通費や宿泊費は会社負担)。
今後、出展先が増えることにより頻度は変更となる可能性もあります。

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥235,000 〜 ¥335,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥45,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
月給28万5000円~+賞与年2回+各種諸手当
※上記には、固定残業代(月20時間分・4万5千円)を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。
※スキル・適性を考慮して決定いたします。
★業務の改善提案や生産性の高い勤務をしている社員は、勤務体系によらず評価していきます。
