仕事内容:

~業界未経験・職種未経験歓迎/競合が少なくニッチ業界で安定性◎/残業月15時間程度/腰を据えて働ける環境~

■仕事の内容:

自社ブランドの空調関連部材の製造業務です。

工場内の生産ラインで製品の加工や組み立て、装置のオペレーション作業等、製造に関わるお仕事になります。

・組み立て/加工

・仕上げ/点検

・梱包/生産管理

・荷受け/出荷作業

■商材

・空調関連部材:エアコンの室内機と室外機を繋ぐ管、ダクト、室外機置台 など

・電設資材:ケーブル、配線部材 など

■働く環境について

・夜勤なし

・冷暖房完備

・繁忙期(5~8月お盆まで)で土曜出社の可能性がございます。(6または7月からの可能性もございます。)

└代休取得ができ、有給も使って2~3週間ほどお休みを取ることも可能です。

・個人ロッカー、休憩スペース、喫煙場所有

■入社後の流れ

基本的には工場長のOJTにて業務を徐々に覚えて頂きます。先輩社員がフォローしますので、未経験の方もご安心ください。

■組織構成

配属先には9名が在籍しており、20代~50代まで幅広い年齢層の方が活躍しています。

全員が中途入社で、元保育士の方など異業界出身の方も活躍中です
