その輸送ネットワークの要の拠点となる、日本初の自社運営のソートセンター(SC)の拠点統括責任者として運営管理を行って頂くSite leaderを募集します。
※ソートセンターとは
Amazonの自社輸送網において、全国にある大規模倉庫と配送拠点の中継地となる拠点です。お客様への配送スピードを担保しながらより効率的に輸送できるよう、荷物の仕分けを行っています。
Key job responsibilities
■ソートセンターの運営管理、分析と改善 - 実際に運営する委託先企業やチームメンバーを通じて、オペレーションの安全性・正確性向上/効率化/サービスレベルの管理、向上を行います。また、現場オペレーションを分析し、発見した問題点の改善策も立案します。費用対効果を立証した上で関係部門と協力してプロジェクトを立ち上げ、全体最適を目指してタスクを推進します。
■チームメンバーの育成 - このソートセンターは、JP Sort Center NetworkのMother Siteとして、人材育成も重要な役割を担います。本拠点のOperation運営、改善活動、安全活動を通して、将来のLeader輩出の役割も担います。
※このポジションに求められるのは、経験に裏打ちされたプロセスの改善能力と、Amazonの成長速度に合わせ、メンバーのモチベーションを高めながらさまざまなチャレンジに対して短期間で成果を出していく力。また、さまざまな経験、バックグラウンドを持つ多様なメンバーと協業していく柔軟性が求められます。

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
