仕事内容

【業務内容】

表面処理加工の研究開発や試作対応などの開発技術業務、技術管理や量産前試作、排水業務などの生産技術業務などを行うお仕事です。

先輩社員がしっかりと指導しますので、未経験の方も安心して働いていただけます。専門分野に関係なくものづくりに興味がある方を歓迎いたします。

<めっき処理とは?>

当社は、電気・電子部品、医療器具、管楽器、時計部品、装身具など、様々な製品の「めっき・表面処理」を行っている会社です。

めっき処理とは表面処理の一種です。金属を使って金属やガラスまたはプラスチックなどの表面に薄い膜をコーティングし、強度や耐久性を高めることを言います。

【当社での働き方】

土日祝休み。転勤なし。月平均残業時間は3.2時間程度。平均有給休暇取得日数は13日と、ワークライフバランスが整えやすい環境です。

【入社後の流れ】

まずは会社を知っていただくため、研修として約2~4週間で全部署を経験していただく予定です。

その後、技術課にて先輩の後につきながら少しずつ仕事を覚えていただきます。半年~1年を目安にひとり立ちできるよう指導していきますので、技術職や業界経験がない方もご安心ください。
