Job Purpose:- Support the management and operation of external call centers for repair acceptance related to extended warranties.
- Manage and operate customer service using outbound calls and SMS.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the management and operation of repair acceptance call centers for warranty programs.
The call center will be outsourced to a partner company.
2. Escalation response from the call center.
3. Follow-up on new program construction.
Support the construction of call center business.
4. Plan and propose one-stop services (NPS, campaign, replays, etc.).
Poll clients or customers who have received warranty repairs and offer them surveys or re-purchase promotions.
5. Support inside sales promotion.
Manage staff who promote warranty sales to contracted sales stores.

- Call centers (partner companies), manufacturers, retailers, and other clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
Degree:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities/Certifications/Licenses:
No special licenses required.
Certified in call center operations is desirable.
Skills:
1. Basic PC skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Customer-facing telephone skills.
3. Ability to perform duties in English (desirable).
Personality/Traits:
Holds a broad perspective, is proactive, has an inquiring spirit, and has strong communication skills.
Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
