Job Title: Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations Operator

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating equipment on the production line under the guidance of senior staff. Your duties will be divided among various production groups, and you will be expected to utilize the assigned equipment to its fullest potential. Effective communication with your team members is crucial, and you will be required to collaborate with them to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the reliability testing of measurement instruments.
• Verify results and input necessary data into the system, and provide updates to relevant personnel as needed.
• Perform daily inspections of assigned equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate the replacement of chemicals used in the manufacturing process.
• Transport products within the facility.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Input data into Excel for production reporting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Excel and ability to perform simple data entry.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and document creation.

Work Schedule:

Shift work, 4 days on, 4 days off ( alternating between day and night shifts). This cycle will repeat every week.
