【仕事内容】

ALSI/ネットスターグループでは、

先端技術や自社研究成果を利用した新製品・サービスの実現を目指しています。

開発チームのリード・マネジメントをお任せし、製品企画チームや研究開発チームと連携しながら、

製品化を見据えたプロトタイプの開発・改善、新製品の開発などのプロジェクトをリードしていただきます。

ご志向に応じて、予算管理や人材開発などの管理職業務にも携わることが可能です。

【具体的には】

・ 製品化を見据えたプロトタイプの開発・改善

・ 最新技術や研究成果を利用したプロトタイプの開発

・ PoCを通したプロトタイプの改善

・ 新製品の開発予算管理や人材開発などの管理職業務(ご志向に応じて)

【求める人材】

・ システム設計・開発の経験(10年以上)

・ 数人~10人程度の組織・チームでのリーダー/マネージャー経験(3年以上)

・ クラウドサービス(AWS、Azure、GCP等)を利用した開発経験

・ 新製品・サービスの開発経験(開発規模は不問)

・応用技術者試験、またはそれに準ずる知識

【給与】

年収780~914万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。

通勤手当:出勤した日の通勤交通費を支給 食費手当(1日500円):出勤して昼食を取った場合に支給 テレワーク手当(1日200円):2021年4月から導入 テレワーク勤務の日に支給

完全週休2日制(土日祝) 年末年始(6日)夏期休暇5日 有給休暇(10日~20日) 慶弔休暇チャージ休暇 配偶者分娩休暇等など
