ノルマなし・新規営業なし・転勤なしの三拍子揃った働きやすい環境です

A. 茨城県鹿行地区で約50年、機械工具総合商社として地域の信頼を築いてきた安定企業です。鉄鋼メーカーや水処理プラントメーカー、ホームセンターなど様々な企業との取引実績があります。
Q. 営業が初めてでも大丈夫?
A. 全く問題ありません元設備工事業者、元運送業者、元ホームセンター店員など未経験から始めた方ばかり。先輩営業との同行からスタートし、段階的に業務を覚えていただけます。

変形労働時間制8:00~17:00、土日祝休みで年間休日114日。平均残業時間15時間でプライベートとの両立も可能です。

元設備工事業者、元運送業者、元ホームセンター店員など、当社には未経験から始めた人ばかり。
先輩の営業に同行することから始め、少しずつ仕事を身につけ、一人で出来るようになっていただきます。
『業界特有の専門知識もいりません』
商品知識が必要なときはメーカ担当者に問い合わせをしたり、先輩、上司が常に身近で教えてくれます。
また、商談の時も同行してくれます。一緒に活動し、少しずつ覚えて身につけていけば良いのでご安心ください。
『話下手でも大丈夫』
既に取引のあるお客様への訪問がほとんどなので、たとえ口下手でも、挨拶がきちんと出来れば大丈夫です
誠実さ・謙虚さがあれば活躍出来ます。
