デザインを含む、オフィス空間のコーディネート業務等をお願い致します。
【詳細】
■床、天井、内装、エントランス、看板などのデザイン
■同社オフィス家具を組み合わせ、オフィス全体を一貫してのコーディネート
■CADによる図面設計、提案書・プレゼンテーション・CGの作成
CG作成等の作業は外注でお願いするため、デザイン業務に集中することが可能です。
基本社内で営業との打ち合わせになりますが、案件によっては営業と同行し直接お客様の声を聞きに行くことも可能です
また、案件に対してはシステム部や工務管理部など他部署と連携してチームとなって取り組むため、周囲のサポートもあります。
【入社後】
まずはチームの中に入りOJT研修を行います。
人数も多いので、わからないことがあれば聞きやすい環境です

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■条件:経験社数は一旦問わず、内装設計の経験が豊富な方。
※お客様の前でのプレゼンにも慣れているような方が望ましいです。
【歓迎要件】
■インテリアコーディネーター、1級・2級建築士の有資格者
■上記の資格に類似する業務経験のある方
■Auto CAD、Photoshop、Powerpointの経験のある方
【求める人物像】
■クライアントからの要望に対し、楽しみながらデザイン・仕様の考案ができる方
