仕事内容:

《安心の環境◎介護施設での看護師》

【仕事内容】

・入居者様の健康管理(バイタル測定・服薬管理)

・胃ろうや吸引などの医療処置

・介護スタッフとの連携によるケアサポート

・往診時の対応、医師への報告

・記録作成、カンファレンス参加

医療処置は少なめで、入居者様と寄り添った看護が可能な職場です。

【1日の流れ 例】

08:30 出勤・夜勤スタッフからの申し送り

09:00 バイタル測定・服薬確認

10:00 処置・往診補助

12:00 昼食介助・服薬確認(交代制で休憩)

13:30 カンファレンス・ご家族対応

15:00 巡回・健康チェック

16:30 夕方の服薬管理・処置対応

17:30 申し送り・退勤
