「ITの仕事に興味はあるけれど、自分にできるのか不安…」

そんな気持ちを抱えている方こそ、ぜひ当社に来てほしいと考えています。

今回募集しているのは、未経験からWebデザイナーを目指せるポジション。

知識ゼロ・経験ゼロでも一歩ずつ成長できるよう、学習段階から丁寧にサポートします。

【充実の育成プログラム】

  • STEP1:入社前の準備期間

内定者には、まずプログラミング学習をスムーズに始めるためのサポートをご用意。

学習に必要な教材費はすべて会社が負担します。

この期間に、将来どんなスキルを身につけたいか、どんな働き方をしたいかなど、

あなたのキャリアの方向性も一緒に整理していきます。

  • STEP2:入社後の基礎研修(約半年)

入社後は、現場で活躍するエンジニアが講師となり、

HTML・CSS・JavaScript・PHP といったWeb制作に欠かせない言語を基礎から学習。

Webサイト制作やPHPを使った簡単なアプリ開発にも取り組み、

実務に近い形でスキルを磨いていきます。

学習は段階ごとにステップアップしていく独自カリキュラムで、

「難しくてつまずく」という状況にならないよう丁寧にフォロー。

さらに、週4回の勉強会で同期たちと協力しながらレベルアップ。

現場のプロがマンツーマンで教えてくれるため、疑問をすぐ解消できます。

資格取得に必要な費用も会社が全額負担します。

未経験からでも自信を持ってデビューできる環境です。

  • STEP3:研修修了後のデビュー

研修を終えたら、いよいよWebデザイナー・Webエンジニアとして現場デビュー。

HP作成やロゴ・バナー制作、システム開発など、

学んだ内容をすぐに実務で活かすことができます。

  • STEP4:様々なプロジェクトへ参加

その後は、先輩のいるプロジェクトに参加しながら、できる業務からスタート。

マスコミ・ゲーム・メーカー・ITなど幅広い業界の案件に携われるため、

経験の幅を広げながら着実にステップアップできます。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 19日

勤務時間:10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)
