・窓口対応

・証明書の発行

・データ入力(PCシステム入力)

・書類作成(Excel・Word)

・電話/メール対応 など

学生さんや教職員さんの方の対応をお願いします。

困ったときは周りの職員さんがサポートしてくれます。

即日~長期

・PC(Word・Excel)使用経験がある方

データ入力や修正などのできる方

・タバコを吸わない方

(学内全面禁煙のため)

8:50~17:20 / 休憩45分

(実働7時間45分)

※休憩は11:30~と12:15~の交代制

残業は業務により月5時間程度

※繁忙期(3月~4月)は

月10時間程度になることがあります

契約更新期間:即日~長期(更新期間:3ヶ月、更新基準:双方話し合いの上更新、更新上限:通算契約期間3年まで)

休日休暇


土日祝休み(完全週休二日制)

※年3~4回程度、土日祝出勤を

※祝日出勤の場合は振替休日対応

※年末年始(12/29~1/3)

夏期休暇(8/15含む5日間)

創立記念日(2/25)はお休みです

※その他、学校がお休みの期間は

基本給:時給 1300円

交通費:月15,000円まで支給

*定期代相当額
