【業務内容】

デイサービスにて、理学療法士・介護士と連携しながら利用者さまの健康維持をサポートします。バイタル測定、運動前後の体調確認、記録作成などを担当。チームで支え合う温かい職場です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

8:45 出勤・準備

9:00 体調チェック・申し送り

10:00 リハビリサポート・見守り

12:00 昼食・服薬確認

13:30 午後の活動(健康観察・レク補助)

15:30 記録・申し送り

17:00 退勤

正看護師資格 または、准看護師資格

「経験が少ないけど大丈夫かな・・・」

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

※日勤がメインになりますが、早番、遅番も可能ですので、希望の方はお気軽にご相談ください

〈勤務時間例〉

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤帯などご希望をお聞かせください。

シフトも選べるので、あなたに合った働き方をご提案します

(実際に働いている方の例)

・土日に予定があるため、平日週5日勤務の方

・予定が突発的に入るため、フルシフトで働いている方

・日曜日を固定で休みにし、残り1日は希望休を毎月取得している方
