- Respond to inquiries and requests from healthcare professionals, providing appropriate medical information, such as the usage and effectiveness of vaccines.
- Collect insights through scientific communication on Unmet Medical Needs, Data Gaps, and gather the latest information related to relevant publications and conferences within the assigned domain.
- Collaborate and exchange information with internal departments, providing necessary related information from a medical perspective to support improvement in the vaccination environment.
Skills
- Understanding of vaccines and immunizations: Knowledge of vaccine efficacy, side effects, and administration schedules, as well as peripheral knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
- Communication skills and interpersonal abilities: Engage in fair and scientifically-based discussions with healthcare professionals within the assigned domain, maintaining trust and sustainable communication.
- Self-management and teamwork: Develop and execute individual engagement plans, clearly demonstrating results, while understanding the roles and positions of various stakeholders and advancing work through collaboration.
- English literacy: Understand English medical literature and internal slides, explaining medical concepts to healthcare professionals during communication.
Experience
- 5+ years of MR experience in the pharmaceutical industry, 3+ years of MSL/MA experience, and 3+ years of clinical development experience.
- Circulatory disease area KOL Management experience.
Education/certification/Language
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Reading comprehension and simple writing skills in English.
Skills
- Understanding and explanation of medical knowledge and related information on vaccines and immunizations.
- Desirable: Business-level English proficiency. However, it is not essential, and opportunities to listen to English may be available.
Experience
- Experience in infectious diseases, prevention areas, or immune disease-related fields.
- Work experience in the medical industry related to vaccines or prevention.
Education/certification/Language
- Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or nursing. Holding a master's or doctoral degree is also acceptable.
