特別養護老人ホームでの看護業務

【主なお仕事について】

・利用者様のバイタルチェック

・薬の管理と服薬支援

・医師の指示に基づく医療処置

・医療機関との連携業務

・受診時の付添業務

・緊急時の応急処置(医師連携)

要介護度平均3.2程

日勤体制:介護職員6名+看護師1名

夜勤体制:介護職員1名+看護師1名

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制

日勤08:30~17:30

夜勤16:00~09:30

・休憩時間は60分、夜勤時は150分です。

・夜勤は月3回程度です。

・残業は基本的にありません。

休暇・休日:

シフトによる

有給休暇10日(6ヶ月経過時)
