当社は車いす、ストレッチャー、歩行器など、医療・福祉を支える様々な製品を開発・製造しています。
なかでも車いすの分野は60年以上の歴史をもち、
身体に障がいを持つ方を支えるオーダーメイド車いすでは国内で圧倒的ナンバーワンのシェアを有しています。
愛知県を代表するメーカーとして「愛知ブランド企業」にも認定されています。
【主な仕事内容】
- オーダーメイド車いすの製造・修理
- スポーツ競技車いすの製造・修理
- 子供用車いすの製造・修理
- 特殊型車いすの製造・修理
- ストレッチャーの製造・修理、etc
病院や施設の備品などとして使用されているスタンダードタイプの車いすについては、海外工場(中国・ベトナム)での生産が中心です。
愛知県北名古屋市の本社工場では主に、オーダーメイドやスポーツ競技用などの、
生活の為にオンリーワンの車いすが欠かせない方のための製品を製造しています。
車いすはご利用者様の年齢や体格や生活環境などにより、
求められるカタチや機能が一台一台異なります。
当社の本社工場で製造する車いすが、多くの人の生活を支えています。
街中や報道等で、当社のオーダーメイド車いすを使う方のいきいきと生活する様子を目にする時、
自分たちの仕事の成果を実感します。
- 入社後の流れ
最初はパーツの組立などの簡単な作業から始めましょう。
いつも2~3名の先輩がサポートに入るので安心です。
徐々に様々な車いすに携わっていただきます。
基本を大切にしながらステップアップしてください。

普通自動車免許(AT限定可)
※未経験でも大丈夫。基本から丁寧に教えます。
※前職では営業職などの他職種であったメンバーも、数多く在籍して活躍しています。
※フォークリフト運転技術のある方は、その能力を活かすこともできます。
将来はリーダーとなり部署や会社を引っ張ってくださるような方や、
職人としてとことんモノづくりを極めてみたい方などを募集しています。
