Job Requirements
責任範囲
- ソケット・プラットフォーム・チームのマネージャーに直接報告しながら、新規プラットフォーム・ソケット製品の開発を担当する。
- 社内の各チーム(営業、プロダクトマネージャー(PM)、システムアーキテクチャ、製造プロセス開発エンジニア(MPDE))と密に連携し、競争力の高い新プラットフォーム設計を作り上げる。
- 米国、中国、その他の国々の顧客と直接コミュニケーションを取り、詳細な製品要件の取得や、重要な技術情報の提供を行う。
- 技術ロードマップ、顧客からの要望、製造上の制約、コスト目標を基に新しいプラットフォーム製品コンセプトを立案する。これには、新たな製品技術、プロセス技術、または材料の適用が必要となる場合が多い。
- TEの新製品開発プロセス(ステージゲート方式)に従い、設計コンセプト、シミュレーション、PRD、DFMEA などの成果物を作成しながら、新製品および技術開発プロジェクトを遂行する。
- コンセプト・設計とその実現可能性調査、設計レビューの実施、文書化、図面/仕様書/必要な技術文書の発行および保管を行う。
- 技術的な課題の解決をリードし、設計およびエンジニアリング変更を管理する。
- 技術的な提案や課題解決、新しいソリューションのために実際に試作・検証を行い、シミュレーション、実物サンプル、または専門的なエンジニアリングレポートを用いてTEのソリューションを実証する。
- 製造上の公差拡大に対する判断および許容可否の決定を行う。
- 初品検査(FAI)承認、プロセス能力調査、8Dレポート、および5 WHY分析に携わる。
- 定期的にエンジニアリングレビューと報告を実施する。
- 顧客への技術サポートを行い、必要に応じてテストや技術分析を実施。顧客、ベンダー、マーケティング、営業、および他のエンジニアリング部門と連携して業務を進める。
What your background should look like
・ 学歴:大学(高専)卒以上
・ 専攻:理工学部(電気/電子/機械など)
・ 語学:日本語 - 母国語レベル(ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
英語 - 中級程度以上(目安TOEIC650点以上、または相応の実力)
※取引先を含む海外拠点と、日常的に電話・メールによる技術対話、情報交換と会議の機会があります。
・ PCスキル(Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必
業務経験:
・第二新卒歓迎、メカ設計エンジニア経験半年以上。
・入社後社内研修を通じて業務を学習しますので、勉強意欲がある方或いは得意な方。
歓迎条件:
・ 電気/電子部品メーカーでの製品開発、設計業務(精密機械/機構設計)に関して5年以上の実務経験
・ 特定の技術だけでなく、新しい技術を取り入れ開発をリードできる積極性柔軟性を持っている方 (または、その意欲と資質がある方)
・ 英語での業務遂行経験
・ 会議等の場面で積極的に意見を発信できる
・ コネクタ製品に関する知識および開発経験 (デザイン、構造計算、CAE解析、製品評価、材料・成型・加工知識など)
・ 英語/中国語でのコミュニケーションに自信をお持ちの方
・ 人には負けない得意分野をお持ちの方
・ グローバルでのキャリアアドバンスメントに意欲をお持ちの方
