仕事内容:

パソコン周辺機器のメーカー修理依頼業務を担当していただきます。

主な仕事内容は以下の通りです。

お客様やメーカー様との電話・メール対応(修理や納期に関する問い合わせ対応)

パソコンを使用した修理依頼書・伝票・送り状などの作成

製品の納期管理や出荷状況の確認、調整業務

周辺機器の梱包、ピッキング作業、定期的な棚卸などの付帯業務

事務経験を活かし、正確かつ効率的に書類作成や納期管理を行うことが求められるポジションです。社内外への連絡もあり、コミュニケーション力を活かしながら業務を進めていただけます。残業は少なめで、ワークライフバランスも取りやすい環境です。チームの一員として、日々の事務業務を円滑に進める役割を担っていただきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間 8:30~17:30(実働8時間)

休憩時間 午前、午後、お昼休み 合計60分間

土曜日、日曜日、祝祭日、GW、夏季、年末年始休暇

屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり
