Architectは何をしますか？
建築家は、美観、機能性、安全性、持続可能性のバランスを考慮しながら、建物や構造物の計画・設計を行います。依頼者と緊密に協力してニーズを理解し、建設プロセスを導く詳細な図面と仕様書に変換します。
主な業務
- プロジェクトの要件、予算、スケジュールを把握するため依頼者と打ち合わせを行う。
- CADソフトウェアを使用して建築設計、設計図、詳細な施工図面を作成する。
- 材料、コスト、施工方法を含むプロジェクト仕様を策定する。
- 設計が建築基準法、用途地域規制、バリアフリー規定に適合していることを確認する。
- プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体を通じて、エンジニア、施工業者、その他の専門家と連携する。
- 施工の進捗を監督し、現場検査を実施して計画への適合を確認する。
- 設計提案書やモデルを作成し、依頼者や規制当局にプレゼンテーションを行う。
- 持続可能な設計原則とエネルギー効率の高いソリューションをプロジェクトに統合する。
