- Requires a minimum of 8 years supporting Federal Energy and Facility Programs and Demonstrated experience in Energy Planning Strategy
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or energy-related field; or 4+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; military or civilian experience working at Federal installations, or experience in energy-related field may be acceptable
- Must hold a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certificate or able to obtain a CEM within a year from the start date
- U.S. citizenship is required and must be able to maintain a security clearance
- Knowledge of utility information systems and energy management technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to produce results
- Ability to produce technically correct finished work, including technical reports, white papers, metrics, and briefs
