What We're Looking For

We're searching for a visionary CMO to:

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for our new games
  • Drive community growth, creator campaigns, and platform momentum
  • Establish our games as beloved IPs among nostalgic, indie, and eSports audiences
  • Work closely with creators, designers, and executive leadership


You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have launched a game or creative IP (indie, AA, or retro-style)
  • Know how to speak to gamers aged 30–50 who grew up with
    Street Fighter
    and
    SNES/PS1-era titles
  • Are comfortable working lean, remote, and across cultures
  • Have experience with influencer marketing, TikTok/YouTube strategy, or grassroots campaign building
  • Bonus: you've worked in esports, anime/gaming fandoms, or community-first IPs


Compensation

  • This is an
    equity-based role (ESOP)
    — no salary at this stage
  • Equity % depends on seniority and commitment
  • You'll be a founding team member with high creative and strategic ownership
