Shangri-La Tokyo seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join its Sales team. If you are passionate about building relationships, exceeding targets, and driving business success, this is the opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a coordinator or in a similar capacity in hotel sales for at least one year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Native Japanese speaker or holds qualifications to work in Japan and can read and write in Japanese without any difficulty in business interactions with Japanese clients.
- Business Development (Directs Sales solicitation through sales visit, telemarketing, and direct mail).
- Well organized and good at follow-up.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
- Negotiation Skill.
- Leadership/Ownership.
- Proficient in Delphi, Opera, and Nexus usage.
Requirements:
- Native Japanese speaker with English business level or those who hold qualifications to work in Japan and can read and write in Japanese without any difficulty in business interactions with Japanese clients.
- Candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in hotel sales in Japan.
- PC Skills (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Delphi, Opera, and Nexus usage).

- Discretionary bonus shall be paid based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group, and individual performance of the Employee.
- Merit Salary Increment: Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according to the Company's discretion.

- Complimentary Room and staff rate: Eligible to book complimentary room and staff rate room in Shangri-La Group hotels.
Estimated Salary: ¥3,500,000 - ¥5,000,000 per year
