We provide a wide range of marketing solutions, including over 70 Rakuten services, advertising and marketing research using over 100 million Rakuten IDs. Sales and product organizations are integrated into a globally expanded organization. The attractive point is the sense of energy that can utilize the latest technologies such as Japan's largest data&AI.
Department Overview
The Account Management Department is a sales organization of approximately 500 people consisting of Link Share Japan, a leading company in the advertising performance field, Rakuten Insight of Marketing Research, and ADSALES, which provides Rakuten marketing platform.
This is a sales frontline organization that proposes Rakuten advertisements to external clients. We will use about 100 million Rakuten member IDs and purchase data (big data) such as EC and in-store that connect to them to realize marketing based on factual data.

Position Details
Sales activities to advertisers and advertising agencies
Rakuten Group media sales
A series of operations including advertising submission work
Collaboration and direction work of other departments
We utilize Rakuten's big data and a wide range of advertising products (operational advertising, tie-up, sampling, affiliate advertising, E-mail ad / paper DM). Dynamic proposal activities are possible because we propose media over 70 or more and 100 million IDs based on data.
Example of client industry: Education industry / Game entertainment industry / Car industry / Leisure tourism industry / Beauty industry / Foodcosmetics industry / etc.
Example of agency: major (including small and medium) advertising agency ~ media rep etc.
Work Environment
It consists of two main types of sales organization: one for direct sales to advertisers and the other for sales to ad agencies. The staff consists of approximately 30 people, and the age structure is wide, ranging from 20s to 40s.
Consists of a wide range of human resources, including new graduates and mid-career employees.
In addition to those from the advertising industry such as advertising agencies and advertising media, many members from different industries such as trading companies and manufacturers are enrolled.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Corporate sales experience over 5 years
Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising-related jobs
Desired Qualifications:
Sales experience in the SP (Sales Promotion) domain
Operational experience in specific industries
Experience in advertising and marketing sections regardless of internet
Member Management Experience
Advanced business level Japanese
