大阪ブティックのクライアントアドバイザーとして、お客様一人ひとりに寄り添ったプレミアムな体験を提供し、メゾンの価値を体現していただきます。好奇心と謙虚さを持って専門性を発揮し、長期的な関係構築を通じて、お客様をメゾンのアンバサダーへと導く役割を担っていただきます。
クライアントリレーションの構築
• 温かく丁寧な接客を通じて、すべてのお客様に特別で記憶に残るブティック体験を提供する。
• 商品やメゾンの歴史・価値観を伝えるストーリーテリングを用いて、印象深い接客を実施する。
• ブティックマネジメントやセールスチームと連携し、計画的なクライアントフォローを行う。
• CRMツールを活用し、顧客情報を正確に入力・更新し、継続的なフォローアップを実現する。
セールスエクセレンス
• セールスセレモニーの要素を習得し、常にセールスターゲットの達成・目標を上回ることを目指す。
• お客様のニーズを深く理解し、適切な提案を通じて信頼関係を構築する。
• アフターセールス活動(フォローアップ、再来店促進)を積極的に行い、リピート率を向上させる。
メゾンアンバサダーとしての役割
• メゾンの世界観、クラフツマンシップ、価値観をお客様やチーム内で体現・共有する。
• 商品知識を活かし、素材、構造、デザインの魅力をストーリーと共に伝える。
• 業界ニュースや競合動向を把握し、常に最新の知識を持って接客に臨む。
ブティックオペレーションの実行
• グループ、メゾン、ブティックの各種オペレーションおよびセキュリティポリシーを遵守する。
• ブティックの開店・閉店作業、メンテナンス報告などの日常業務をサポートする。
• ディスプレイやバックストックの管理を含む商品陳列業務を担当する。
• 棚卸・年次在庫管理・価格改定などの特別プロジェクトに参加・貢献する。
応募資格・スキル
• ラグジュアリーまたはプレミアムな接客経験をお持ちの方(販売、ファッション、ホスピタリティなど)
• お客様への深い共感力と優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• チームワークを大切にし、協働を重視できる方
• CRMやPOSなどのリテールツールに関する知識・活用経験があれば尚可
• 日本語:ネイティブレベル/中国:ビジネスレベル(必須)
