Office Manager (Hybrid, up to 12M JPY)

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager for a top financial services company in Tokyo.

This role combines office management with HR duties, offering a chance to work in a collaborative environment with a global leader in financial innovation and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including facility upkeep and supply management.
  • Organize meetings and handle conference room logistics.
  • Welcome visitors and manage phone inquiries at the reception.
  • Support HR with tasks like payroll and tax management.
  • Assist IT with setting up new employees and basic troubleshooting.
  • Keep track of IT and office equipment inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
  • Organize office events and teambuilding activities.
  • Handle special projects and maintain global office standards.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluent in Japanese with businesslevel English.
  • At least 4 years of office administration experience, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with cultural awareness.
  • Professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
