役割
メゾンの基盤となるビジョンを深いレベルで理解し、ブティックの円滑な運営、事業の発展のためにストアマネージャーをサポートしチームをリードいただくポジションです。
主な業務内容
- ブランドのアンバサダーとして国内外のお客様をお迎えしエンゲージすることで、デルヴォーへのロイヤリティを高める
- サービスの質の継続的な向上と全てのお客様を温かくお迎えするための文化を浸透させる
- アンバサダーとしてお客様に常に最適なアドバイスを実施するために、メゾンのビジョンやサービスステップへの深い理解と作品に関する幅広い知識を身につける
- 売上を伸ばし、設定した目標を達成する
- 売上、CRM、KPIに関するフィードバックをストアマネージャーやオフィスメンバーに提供する
- 在庫レベルの確認と管理、最適化を図る
- 店内のVMを常に整え、デルヴォーの基準を遵守し、メゾンのイメージを表現する
- ブティックおよびチームメンバーの目標達成をサポートする
- ブティックで企画、実施されるすべてのイベントやプロジェクトでイニシアチブをとり(チームおよびオフィスメンバーとともに)モニタリングする
- 各メンバーのディベロップメントや成長が加速するようにストアマネージャーを補佐する
- すべての業務が正しく遂行されているか、ストアマネージャーと協力し確認する(キャッシュ周り、商品受注、CRM関連オペレーション、カスタマーサービスなど)
- リシュモングループ、メゾンおよびブティックのポリシーやガイドラインの理解し、ブティック内で周知徹底する。
