【具体的な仕事内容】
◇「知らなかったを救う。」というミッションの実現に向けて、オールドメディアからニューメディアへのパラダイムシフトに挑戦しています。
◇創業事業のSNSソリューション事業からスタートし、SNSタレント事業, SNSプラットフォーム事業と創業初期フェーズから3つの事業領域にチャレンジしています。
◇2029年までに時価総額1,000億円, 従業員1,000名, 海外や地方に10以上の拠点設立というマイルストーンを設定し、日本を代表する会社を目指しています。

■募集背景
YouTubeはSNSの中で最もクライアントのビジネスを成長させる可能性のある長尺動画の王道プラットフォームとなっています。クライアントの悩みや目標に真摯に向き合い、解決し、圧倒的にビジネスを加速させることのできるYouTubeの運用メンバーを募集します。
■業務内容
YouTube運用メンバーは、クライアントのchアカウントを管理・運用し、効果的なコンテンツ戦略を実施する役割を担います。YouTubeを通じて、クライアントや演者のブランド価値を最大化し、登録者を増加させ、目的や目標を追いながらをクライアントの満足度を高めることが求められます。
◎クライアントのYouTubeアカウント運用代行(投稿・運用管理・分析)
◎トレンドを把握し、最新のマーケ手法を取り入れたコンテンツの企画, 構成作成
◎クライアント・演者の魅力を最大限に引き出す撮影ディレクション
◎動画再生数を最大化する編集・投稿ディレクション
◎エンゲージメントや登録者数の向上のためのPDCAサイクルの実行
◎アカウント運用のパフォーマンスデータを分析し、レポートの作成とクライアントへの提案

・コンテンツ制作やSNS戦略の立案・実行に携わった経験が1年以上ある方

・WEBマーケティング業界での経験が1年以上ある方

■日本のメディア産業が抱える課題
メディア産業は、情報提供を通じて人々の意思決定を支える重要な役割を果たしていますが、SNSの台頭により"いま"大きな転換点を迎えています。人々は従来のテレビやウェブサイトからSNSにシフトしています。しかし、メディア産業はこの行動変容にキャッチアップできておらず、2025年現在、各領域でさまざまな課題が顕在化しています。当社は行動変容と産業変容のギャップが生み出す課題に対して、以下3つのアプローチで解決を目指します。
①SNSソリューション事業
