【職務内容 】
インフラ&オペレーションエンジニア(SRE)は、ソフトウェアエンジニアリングの手法を活用してシステムを管理し、問題を解決し、運用の自動化を実現することで、雑務を減らしサービスの可用性を向上させる役割を担います。
具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。
NetEaseインタラクティブエンターテインメント事業の運用業務を担当(例:Eggy Party、Marvel Rivals、UUアクセラレーター、Ace Racerなどのオンラインサービスや社内の研究開発プロジェクト)。
各ゲームのサービスアーキテクチャ、性能要件、ビジネス状況に応じて、ゲームサーバーに適した基盤環境(サーバー、仮想化、クラウドサービス、ネットワーク、データベースなど)を設計・選定し、コストを抑えつつ高品質・高効率な運用サービスを提供する。
各種運用指標を設定・監視し、データ分析基準を策定する。
製品部門と協力し、ゲームや基盤環境の状況に応じて問題を迅速に発見し、技術アーキテクチャを最適化してユーザー体験を向上させる。
最先端のオープンソースソフトウェア、仮想化、データベース、WEBサービスの深掘り研究に参加し、業務に基づいた技術ソリューションを実現する。
応募資格:
【必須(MUST)】
勤務地:日本:学士以上の学歴、コンピュータ、ネットワーク、通信、オートメーションなど関連分野専攻者を優先。
Linuxオペレーティングシステムに精通していること。コンピュータネットワークの体系構造およびTCP/IP、HTTPなどの一般的なネットワークプロトコルに詳しいこと。
少なくとも1つのプログラミング言語に習熟していること(例:C/C++、Shell、Python、Golang、Rust、Javaなど)。
オープンソースが好きで、Linux、Nginx、MySQL、K8S、Istioなどのオープンソースソフトウェアの実践経験があるとなお良い。
論理的思考能力、コミュニケーション能力、学習能力が良好で、研究や問題解決が得意であること。
他者との協力が得意で、集団意識を持ち、責任感とサービス精神に優れていること。
新しい物事に挑戦することが好きで、問題解決能力が高く、技術的な敏感性があること。オープンソースコミュニティへの参加経験がある方を優先。
中国語は母語もしくは相当なレベルであること。日本語は日常会話できるレベルであること
