With expertise in clinical development, regulatory affairs, and CMC personnel in the fields of gene therapy and cellular therapy both domestically and internationally, we cater to the evolving needs of various companies.

As a Recruitment Consultant based in our Tokyo office, you will play a crucial role in sourcing candidates within Japan for our domestic clients' job openings.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Market Research and Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market research and candidate feedback.
Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.
Administrative and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database.
Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate progress, and client feedback.
Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Recruitment or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the life science/ pharma. healthcare industry is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High-level business proficiency in Japanese is essential.
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly growing team environment.
