【職務内容】

内資/外資の大手製薬企業に向けて、当社の運営する医師向けコミュニティサイトを活用した

デジタルマーケティングプランの企画・提案・実行・改善を一気通貫で担っていただきます。

エンタープライズセールスとしての活動の他、プロダクトマネージャー・エンジニアと連携しながら、

顧客のニーズを踏まえた新規サービスの企画・開発にも携わっていただきます。

また、市場や顧客の解像度を上げた後に早期にチームリーダーの役割を担っていただき、

組織の売上最大化にむけて取り組んでいただく予定です。

【具体的には】

■プレイヤーとしての業務内容

・エンタープライズ顧客開拓戦略(アカウントプラン)の立案・実行

・エンタープライズ顧客に対し当社の運営する医師向けコミュニティサイトの活用提案

・サービス実施後の効果分析およびレポート作成のディレクション

・顧客ニーズのヒアリングを通じたサービスの改善提案と新規サービス企画立案

■チームリーダーとしての業務内容

・チーム目標の達成に向けたKPI管理と案件進捗管理

・商談同席や日々のコミュニケーションを通じたメンバー育成

・1on1やチームMTGを通じた部門施策の浸透

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ 法人営業経験3年以上

・ エンタープライズ企業(社員数1000名程度以上)向けの営業経験

【歓迎】

・ クライアントの課題に合わせたソリューション提案の経験

・ 営業組織におけるリーダー経験(チームリーダー、プロジェクトリーダーなど)

・ 新規開拓の営業経験

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
