5. Excel・PowerPoint を中⼼とした PC スキル
6. ビジネスレベルの英語または⽇本語(バイリンガル歓迎)

*Position Overview*
We are seeking a Finance Associate to join our Tokyo team. This role is not limited to finance operations. You will be deeply involved in financial modeling, business planning, and supporting go-to-market activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, but also
proactive in engaging with customers, supporting sales, and helping the business predict and plan for future growth.

*Key Responsibilities*
1. Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
2. Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, and business plans aligned with company strategy.
3. Analyze financial and business data to identify opportunities, risks, and market trends.
4. Partner with sales teams to prepare proposals and pricing strategies for customers.
5. Support management in predicting future business performance and scenario
planning.
6. Prepare internal reports and presentations for both Japan and global headquarters.
*Requirements*
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and business planning.
3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work with both internal stakeholders and customers.
5. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools.
6. Business-level English or Japanese (bilingual ability is highly valued).

1. Prior experience in a finance, consulting, or accounting role.
2. Exposure to tech, AI, or SaaS-related industries.
3. Experience in sales support, pricing, or customer-facing finance roles.
