Archedaの中核となるリモートセンシングの解析技術の研究開発を推進する経験豊富なリモートセンシングエンジニアを探しています。
私たちは、光学、SAR、LiDARなどのリモートセンシングデータを活用して、自然資本の資源量や土地利用変化、ベースライン等の解析を通じて、カーボンクレジットの創出や森林管理の効率化をサポートしています。
これらを推定していくためのアルゴリズムの研究開発及び、そのモデルを活用したプロダクト開発を担っていただきます。
また、解析の対象は、森林に限らず、農業やブルーカーボンも対象になることがあります。

Essential qualifications(必須条件)
衛星データ解析における理論理解および実務経験(特にSARの解析経験)
関連分野において博士号or修士号を持ち、社会実装していきたいと考えていること
Pythonを用いた機械学習の開発経験
英語力(英語のドキュメントや論文を読むことができる)
日本国内在住
Preferred qualifications(歓迎条件)
森林解析、水田解析等の環境モニタリングに関する技術の開発経験
地理情報の操作・分析経験(ラスター・ベクターデータの処理、ArcGIS、QGIS、GDAL、postGISなどの利用経験)
クラウドサービスを用いた開発経験(GCPやAWSなど)
MLOpsを用いた機械学習のライフサイクルの構築経験
時系列の衛星データを用いた解析経験
Dockerを利用した開発経験
Gitを用いたコード管理

チーム(技術)面接:職能の観点で、当社開発メンバーとの面接を実施させていただきます。
最終面接:

Your Mission
We are seeking an experienced Remote Sensing Engineer to lead the research and development of core remote sensing technologies at Archeda.
Our work leverages optical, SAR, and LiDAR satellite data to estimate natural capital assets, monitor land-use changes and baselines, and support the creation of carbon credits and sustainable forest management.
This role will be responsible for developing algorithms to perform these estimations and implementing them into products.While forest-related analysis is central, the scope may also include agriculture and blue carbon ecosystems.

Essential Qualifications
Strong theoretical understanding and hands-on experience in satellite data analysis, particularly SAR
Master's or PhD in a relevant field, with a motivation to bring your expertise into practical implementation
Experience developing machine learning models using Python
Proficiency in reading technical documents and research papers in English
Currently residing in Japan
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in environmental monitoring technologies, such as forest or paddy field analysis
Skills in handling and analyzing geospatial data (raster/vector), and experience with tools like ArcGIS, QGIS, GDAL, or PostGIS
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.)
Familiarity with MLOps and managing the machine learning lifecycle
Experience with time-series analysis of satellite imagery
Development experience using Docker
Code version control with Git
