【 Job Description】

The company, a TSE-listed (Mothers) consulting firm, provides services in the areas of corporate governance, risk management, compliance and information security. Its recently established Financial Technology department provides software solutions to financial institutions, including order management system, order matching engine, and smart router. The department also operates a 24x7 support and monitoring service for financial institutions' mission critical systems.

The company's Financial Technology department is now looking for a candidate to provide level-1/level-2 support to 24x7 mission critical financial systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide level-1/level-2 support and monitoring services for financial systems running globally.

• Perform system troubleshooting, execute routing checks and system health checks.

• Handle incidents reported via hotline and email, and collaborate with level-2/level-3 supports following the escalation procedures.

• Perform event logging and regular reporting of system status.

• Maintain and deliver quality operation services based on standards, policies and operating procedures.

【 Requirements】

• Basic PC operational knowledge and skills are required.

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines is preferred.

• Knowledge in Linux, networking and AWS is preferred.

• Working experience in service desk operations for financial applications is preferred.

• Experience in monitoring tools and ticketing system is preferred.

• Self-motivated and capable to work under pressure.

• Good communication skills and able to liaise between level-2/level-3 support.

• Flexible to work on shift duties for supporting 24x7 operation.

• Speak business-level English

【Working Hours】

You will work on a 3-shift system that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The company will determine the next month's shift schedule by the last day of each month. As a rule, you will work five days a week, and your weekly working hours will not exceed an average of 40 hours. Your schedule will be determined from the following three shift patterns, though the company may set other patterns as needed:

Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM

Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM

Shift 3: 11:00 PM to 7:15 AM
