Overview
The Media/Influencer Marketing Consultant will act as the primary point of contact for media partners and influencers, providing strategic consultation to optimize media performance and address client marketing challenges. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, data-driven decision-making, and innovative problem-solving to drive impactful marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Media & Influencer Strategy Consulting
- Serve as the main liaison for media partners and influencers.
- Understand partner and client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Data, Affiliate, Influencer, SNS, Google/Yahoo, Creative, etc.) to drive effective PDCA cycles.
- Develop new media/influencer partnerships beyond existing networks.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Identify client marketing challenges and recommend strategic and tactical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing strategies.
- Create and manage execution plans across campaigns and channels.
- Operate and manage affiliate and influencer advertising campaigns.
- Plan media strategies centered on affiliate ads.
3. Data-Driven Optimization
- Propose improvements using performance data and analytics.
- Prepare reports and conduct regular client meetings.
- Analyze ad metrics, market research, and customer journey insights.
- Design communication strategies (targeting, KPIs, funnel planning, media selection).
4. Creative & Communication Strategy
- Develop creative communication plans including banner ads and landing pages.
- Oversee end-to-end funnel strategy, ad operations, budget management, and reporting.
5. Advanced Technology & AI Utilization
- Utilize AI and advanced technologies to solve client issues.
- Work with global partners and internal technical teams (English proficiency may be required depending on assignments).
Work Environment
- Team size of approximately 200 members; about 50% in sales.
- 70% of employees are mid-career hires with diverse backgrounds.
- Wide age demographic, from fresh graduates to senior professionals.

Requirements
Must-Have
- Minimum 3 years of B2B solution-based sales experience (advertising industry experience not mandatory).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in affiliate, display, and listing ads.
- Background in digital marketing or internet advertising agencies.
- Team management experience (5+ members).
- Experience using AI tools for business improvement.
- Experience as an influencer or in managing media accounts.
- Understanding of marketing or digital marketing principles.
