アソシエイト プロダクト マーケティング マネージャー(APMM)には、キャリア早期にあるマーケティング担当者向けの Google のグローバル プログラムである APMM プログラム に参加していただきます。本プログラムの参加期間中は、配属先で優先順位の高いマーケティング プロジェクトに携わることで幅広いマーケティング スキルを身につけるとともに、同僚や経験者による優れたコミュニティに参加し、専任のメンターや経営幹部のサポートを受けられます。主な業務に加え、学習および能力開発のマイルストーンの達成、APMM プログラムへの参加、APMM コミュニティへの積極的な貢献が期待されます。
マーケティング部門のプロジェクトを担当し、組織のビジネス目標達成を支えていただきます。一般的なガイダンスに沿って、より大きなプロジェクトで直接貢献してください。たとえば、ユーザーのフィードバックを社内に伝えて製品開発プロセスをサポートしたり、対象セグメントにおける新しいプロダクトや機能の認知度向上と導入促進を目的とした市場参入計画を策定したりするといったことが期待されます。

業務内容
市場開拓戦略と新しいプロダクトや機能の立ち上げに向けたキャンペーンの策定と実施をサポートし、KPI の達成に向けた効果を測定する。
顧客獲得を目的としたプログラムの作成(ビジネス戦略、メッセージ、関連資料、イベントなど)、顧客への働きかけの強化、それらのプログラムの効果測定をサポートする。
ユーザーのニーズに確実に応え、リリースに向けてプロダクトの準備を整え、開発の最新状況をユーザーに告知するために、チームによるプロダクトおよび機能改善の評価をサポートする。
ビジネスを加速させ、Google のお客様や代理店パートナーとの結びつきを深めるための、お客様および役員向けのメッセージやプレゼンテーション、事例紹介などのコンテンツの作成をサポートする。
マネージャーによる指示のもとで、より大きなプロダクトまたはプロジェクトに関するマーケティング関連業務をサポートする。
