【主な業務内容】
プロジェクト管理: 臨床試験支払いチームの中核メンバーとして、複数のプロジェクトの財務的側面を調整
日本の医療機関や医療施設との支払い調整、日本の規制に準拠した処理
財務分析: 施設予算情報の分析と予算インテリジェンスツールの最適化を通じて、コスト効率の高い臨床試験運営に貢献
システム最適化: 最新の臨床支払いプラットフォームを活用し、支払いプロセスの効率化と透明性向上に貢献
クロスファンクショナルな協力: 内部チーム、外部ベンダー、医療施設との連携を通じて、グローバルなビジネススキルを磨く
問題解決: 支払いの不一致や課題を特定・解決し、臨床試験の円滑な進行をサポート
データ分析とレポーティング: 重要な財務データの分析とインサイトの提供を通じて、意思決定プロセスに貢献
【求める知識・経験】
製薬・CRO業界での2年以上の経験
臨床試験を実施する上で必要なガイドラインや、日本の規制に関する実務的な理解
分析力と問題解決能力に優れ、複雑な状況でも正確な判断ができる方
Microsoft Office(特にExcel、PowerPoint)とSmartsheetの高度な操作スキル
優れたコミュニケーション能力と、多様なステークホルダーとの効果的な連携能力
細部への注意力と同時に全体像を把握できる戦略的思考
変化の激しい環境での適応力と、複数のプロジェクトを同時に進める能力
ビジネスレベルの日本語力および英語力
