**Job Title:** Regional Business Development - APAC
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Business Development Manager - APAC. This role will be responsible for leading the development of the regional business strategy, driving sales growth, and maximizing brand equity in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead the development of mid-term plans and annual business priorities for the regional business, working closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing communication, and strategy.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Prepare regular business reports and lead monthly performance review meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards business targets.
- Penetrate brand marketing guidelines to regional brand teams and ensure governance and compliance.
- Align and enforce pricing guidelines across markets and monitor implementation.
- Ensure operational excellence of the regional business to maximize opportunities and solve constraints or hurdles that may impact business targets.
- Develop and optimize brand distribution channel strategies, including e-commerce platforms.
- Create new business opportunities that align with the brand's mid-term ambitions.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a regional team or in-market team is highly desirable.
- Previous experience at a global beauty brand or in strategy consulting is preferred.
- A growth mindset, taking challenges as opportunities for growth.
- Strategic analysis and effective problem-solving skills.
- Influencing and collaborative communication skills.
- Excellent capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Business-level English language proficiency.
This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual who can think strategically, drive business growth, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regional business development, with experience in market analysis, strategy development, and team leadership. They will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
