【具体的な仕事内容】
~コンサルファームでの経験、もしくはシステムエンジニアとして上流工程の経験がある方へ◎2年連続売り上げ10%以上UP/IT領域、コンサル領域に特化したブティック型転職エージェント/資格支援制度充実/年休120日以上/取引先も超大手企業多数~
■業務内容:
対象とする業務領域は、業種×IT・業務プロセス・デジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)全般(開発業務を除く)です。特に強化している領域は以下の通りです:
・PM/PMOコンサルティング
・SAPコンサルティング
将来的には、さまざまなプロジェクトに対応できるプロフェッショナル集団を目指しています。
現在立ち上げフェーズにあるため、経営層候補や役員候補として参画していただける方を歓迎します。このポジションでは、意思決定への関与、高い裁量権、そしてIPO準備中のストックオプション付与など、スタートアップならではの魅力が多数あります。
