ersg, the international leader in Renewable Energy Workforce solutions has expanded their RPO solution with a leading wind energy developer in Japan. Due to the success of RPOs in Asia, including Taiwan and South Korea and expanding our RPO to Japan. ersg are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage direct hiring for Vestas Japan. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Head of Asia at Vestas, Country Manager, ersg Japan and mentored by the Lead ersg Onsite TA Partner, Taiwan. You will be autonomous in your role in Japan, leading the recruitment activity, whilst supported by an Administrator and wider team of Recruiters in Asia.
For this role we are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for the full life cycle hiring of candidates for various white-collar requirements. As part of the on-site recruiting team, the recruiters will manage the end-to-end hiring process, maintain ATS documentation, collaborate with Hiring Managers and create an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities
• Build the talent pipeline proactively against the defined profiles scheduled to be hired according to a project plan over the year.
• Source, screen, interview, recommend, advise on selection, and administer the offer for assigned roles within given timelines.
• Participate in and organize recruiting events in the community.
• Accountable to established KPI's on a weekly, monthly basis.
• Promote quality hiring through industry best practices in communications, and process improvements. Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout life cycle.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a high-volume recruiter in a staffing, RPO, or corporate environment for nonexempt roles.
• Advanced technical skills and knowledge with candidate tracking systems, MS Office, report generation.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in HR documentation, Japanese employment laws.
• Creative ideas in methods for sourcing and engaging candidates.
• Comfortable with and motivated by a compensation package that rewards high productivity.
• Japanese and English language skills (essential).
