Within Business Directorate Office, we are promoting the restructuring of our business portfolio and thorough revenue management to establish a stable business foundation. To cross-functionally manage this business, facilitate strategic decision-making, and support its healthy growth, we are recruiting for a "Business Directorate / Business Administration" position.

Position Details
This role supports the business management and decision-making for regional revitalization initiatives. It involves collecting and analyzing financial data, providing valuable insights to senior management and operational departments, and leading the business forward.

Budgeting and Management

  • Preparation of annual budgets and medium-term plans
  • Budget allocation for each department and project
  • Variance analysis between actual performance and budget (Budget vs. Actuals Management)

Performance Management

  • Creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
  • Setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Profitability analysis by department and project

Cost Management

  • Cost accounting and cost analysis
  • Proposing cost reduction initiatives and implementing measures
  • Profitability analysis for each product and service

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Data analysis utilizing BI tools and Excel
  • Preparation of reports and presentation materials for management

Management Accounting System Operation & Improvement

  • Implementation and operation of management accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
  • Customization of systems and optimization of data flows

Inter-departmental Coordination & Communication

  • Data collection and goal setting in collaboration with various departments
  • Acting as a liaison between senior management and operational teams
  • Supporting the cascading of management strategies and goals to the operational level

Other

  • Management from the perspective of internal control and governance
  • Analysis of non-financial data (e.g., customer satisfaction, employee engagement)
  • Development and analysis of ESG and sustainability-related management indicators
  • Promotion of Digital Transformation (DX)

This role is not merely about processing numbers, it involves supporting senior management and operational teams in how to make effective decisions.

Work Environment

  • The recruiting team consists of 5 members.
  • The team composition is approximately 30% mid-career hires and 70% internal promotions / long-term employees.
  • The team primarily consists of young professionals in their 20s and 30s.

Both mid-career hires and employees who have progressed through the company ranks come from diverse backgrounds, including sales, sales planning, and marketing.

Mandatory Qualifications
Foundational Accounting Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of management accounting (e.g., understanding of P/L statements, budget formulation, budget vs. actuals management)

Data Analysis Skills

  • Proficiency in data aggregation and analysis using Excel (pivot tables, functions, chart creation, etc.)
  • Logical analytical skills and problem-solving abilities based on numerical data

Communication Skills

  • Coordination and negotiation skills with management and operational departments
  • Presentation skills to clearly explain analysis results

Business Management Capabilities

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work within deadlines
  • Multitasking ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Basic IT Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Basic IT literacy (comfort with operating systems and tools)

Aspiration for Business Management/Planning

  • Individuals who aspire to excel in business management and business planning roles.

Professional Work Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional work experience.
