【具体的な仕事内容】
■職務概要:
全社デジタル変革を推進するために、マンパワーグループ日本法人においてはトップマネジメント主導によるDXビジョンの策定、事業戦略とDX戦略との整合性の担保、DXロードマップ策定、IT部門の体制整備・強化が行われています。このデジタル変革を支えるITヘルプデスクやID管理といったITサポート環境を維持するポジションです。
具体的な対象は主に Windows 11 クライアントPC、 Active Directory 認証基盤、セキュリティツール群のオペレーション、ID管理や問い合わせ管理システムのオペレーションです。
■具体的には:
以下、ITサポート業務をご担当いただきます。
・社内向けITヘルプデスクのL1サポートチームのリード (L1サポートメンバーはパートナー様)
・社内向けITヘルプデスクのL1サポートチームからの1次エスカレーション対応 (2次エスカレーション指示 / トラブルシュート)
・社内向けITヘルプデスクの問い合わせ、インシデント、SRステータス管理及びレポーティング
・社内向けユーザーIDの管理、オペレーション改善
・社内向けユーザーコミュニケーション
・社内向けITリテラシー向上トレーニング企画・実施
・ID管理にかかる監査対応
■語学スキルについて:
・英語で話す際には文法は重要ではありません。決して流暢である必要はありません。
※日常の英語活用場面:
・ 職場で、常に英語が飛び交う環境ではありません。現時点ではIT部門のCIO他数名が英語でのコミュニケーションをほぼ毎日行っております。
・L2エスカレーション先にGlobalチームが含まれるため、ほぼ毎日英語でのメールまたはチャットでのコミュニケーションが発生します。
・同じ理由から、週に1回程度の頻度でオンライン会議や1 on 1 Callで英語を使用して会話する機会があります。
・ID管理に係る監査やGlobal Projectがスタートすると、英語でのコミュニケーション頻度は上がります。

・ITIL / ITサービスマネジメントに関する知識を有する方
