Japan Experience also acquired FTC, which organizes group tours in Japan, in March 2025, and launched Irasshai, an 800 m2 food store dedicated to Japan in central Paris ), in 2022.




Job description


Within our FTC subsidiary, dedicated to group guided tours in Japan, we are looking for a booking agent, with the following responsibilities:

As a booking agent, your tasks will be as follows:

  • Respond to B2B customer requests, ensuring their follow-up and satisfaction

  • Determine the best tour offer (qualitative and original) in line with "group" circuit requests

  • Seek out B2B business opportunities

  • Formulate proposals, arguing to complete the sale by offering the best customer experience

  • Maintain close contact with the operational team to ensure complete follow-up of your booking files


    • These assignments are subject to change according to the company's needs and are carried out under the responsibility of the Groups Sales Manager.




    Who you are?


  • You are a resident of Japan with a valid work permit

  • Have a good command of Japanese (fluent level)

  • Have a good command of professional English

  • Have a very good knowledge of the regions of Japan

  • Have a good knowledge of the professional network of group tourism in Japan (accommodation, transport, activities)

  • Be proactive

  • Have a good command of IT tools

    • For all these missions a gross monthly remuneration is proposed comprising the following 2 elements:

  • fixed part of yens (depending on experience)

  • variable part linked to the achievement of your OKR (Objective Key Results)

    • You'll be reimbursed for transportation costs (up to ¥15,000/month), a meal allowance of ¥750 per day and a health insurance plan.

    We offer a permanent contract, with a 3-month trial period, renewable for 2 months.

    You will work 5 days a week for 40 hours from Monday to Friday. Home office is authorized up to 2 days a week, once the training period is over.

    You will be based at the company's offices in Tokyo.
