業務内容
Japanese manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of
HRBP, Regional HR Strategy.
The successful candidate will serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner to broad business leaders in Japan.
―――――Key Responsibilities―――――
Drive Strategic HR Initiatives
Collaborate with the Senior Manager (supervisor) and business unit leaders to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Address Organizational ChallengesAnalyze issues related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, and propose and implement effective solutions.
Participate in HR Projects
Actively contribute as a project member in various HR initiatives.
Change Management
Support organizational transformation through effective change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.

【MUST】
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR field
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex employee relations issues
Ability to promote positive behaviors across the organization, enhance motivation, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with other HR teams
Proficient in English communication, including participation in meetings and delivering presentations

Experience as an HR Business Partner in a global company
A proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to independently tackle challenges and issues as they arise
