■職務概要
・外資系企業や日系グローバル企業、グローバルに活躍したいミドル層や専門性のあるプロフェッショナル人材を対象に、人材紹介(両面コンサルティング業務※)に従事頂きます。
・コンサルタントとして、企業と候補者の双方に対し、人材紹介のコンサルティングを実施していただきます。
・双方の課題を把握し、最適なマッチング、入社に至るまでを一貫してサポート、実績を積んでいただきます。
※両面コンサルティングとは、企業側の採用課題と候補者の転職課題の解決を双方ご担当頂くポジションです。
■入社後の業務内容
・業界専門チームの一員として、担当企業に対して採用課題のヒアリングから人材要件の設計、候補者の提案、選考支援までを一貫して実施。
・候補者に対して、キャリア面談、求人紹介、面接調整、入社後フォローまで最適なマッチングを実施。
・新規開拓を通じて、志向や専門性に応じた独自の企業ポートフォリオを構築。将来的なビジネスチャンスの発掘を見据えた戦略的なクライアント開拓・関係性構築にも取り組む。
・各案件において、PDCAを主体的に回しながら、採用成功率を高める高精度なコンサルティングを推進。

・人材業界での法人/個人営業経験(2年以上、両面・片面など問わない)
Ex. 人材紹介業、人材派遣業、業務委託・請負業、採用代行、求人広告、HR Techなど

■想定年収・月給
想定年収:600万円~1,700万円(※ご経験・スキルに応じて決定)
月給:¥333,334~ (基本給¥253,968~ 固定残業代¥79,366~を含む/月)
職務手当:71,429 円~138,890 円(超過勤務手当 40 時間相当分)
賞与 年4回 (インセンティブ ボーナスライン達成により売り上げ額と評価に応じて支給)

■勤務時間
フレックスタイム制(コアタイム 10:00〜16:00)休憩1時間
■休日・休暇
・年間 125 日(固定)完全週休二日制、土曜・日曜・祝日、その他(土日祝日の他、会社が指定する休日)
・初年度から年間 19 日の有給休暇が付与
※初年度は入社月により比例付与。勤続 1 年以上、毎年プラス 1 日の有給休暇が付与されます。
