Description
As a key member of the Business Development Department at Rakuten Payments, you will be responsible for planning and implementing contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and developing sales strategies with client companies to achieve our mission.
- Develop and execute expansion strategies for partner companies through alliances with new client companies
- Negotiate contracts with new client companies
- Collaborate with new client companies through negotiation and communication
Requirements
- At least 3 years of corporate sales experience.
- Proven experience in negotiating with high-level executives of listed companies.
- Experience in business negotiations with high-level executives of listed companies.
- TOEIC score of 800 or above, or motivation to obtain an equivalent score within 2 years.
Nice to Have
- Experience in management or leadership roles.
- Experience in selling intangible products.
- Knowledge of the payments industry.
- Marketing-related knowledge and skills.
- Expertise in systems.
- Ability to communicate proactively without fear of confrontation.
